My mother-in-law and I have this thing we do. We just call. We don’t care who called last. We don’t wait for the other to call, we just call. Most of the time our calls are FaceTime calls so the kids can see their Mimi. It truly is the highlight of my day when we talk. She is an amazing woman, friend, role model, mother, and grandmother. She loves us so well. I pray I can be 1/2 the woman she is when I am a grandmother.
Life it too short to wait for the other to call.
