Hi! I’m Claudine Phillips!

I am a writer and speaker. I have a teacher’s heart and I want to share what I have learned and continue to learn about wholistic greatness with you.

I write and speak about physical, mental, and emotional health, aka wholistic greatness.  I believe in an open mindset where we never stop growing and we never stop learning.

I have struggled with the best of us and am in remission from Hashimotos disease, I am a cancer survivor, and have walked through recovery from trauma. I have been on a quest of healing since I was a teen, so healing is in my bones and blood.

My quest is to teach you how to support and heal your body, too. From recipes, to nutrition support, to diving deep into our emotional health, no stone is unturned.
