…more about claudine

Family-1

what you will find on this blog…

For over 20 years, as a Clinical Registered Dietitian, Claudine’s approach to healing has always been through food first, but it was not until she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and then Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis that she began her journey to w-holistic living. By drawing closer to the Lord, leaning into functional medicine, and rediscovering the importance of the connection between movement and healing, she unknowingly uncovered God’s plan all along.  To stay near to Him. That’s it. Her hope is to be a testimony to you that this is only the beginning. That we, as witnesses here on earth, have a job to do (no matter the circumstance); to be a part of gathering His people and growing His kingdom.

“That we, as witnesses here on earth, have a job to do (no matter the circumstance); to be a part of gathering His people and growing His kingdom.”

a bit of background…

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Exercise Physiology, is a Registered Dietitian, and is a trained Ashtanga Yoga Instructor. She has had the honor of being the Cooper Fitness Center Dietitian at the world renounced Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas. Claudine had also owned her own private practice and ran a chef service, called RiteBites, where chefs prepared meals for her clients that fit their dietary recommendations.

Although her experience as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and director, aerobics instructor, business owner, and now a yoga teacher has given her a wealth of knowledge to gather from, the deepest well she draws from is her time with the Lord. Although theology school would be great, the school of life keeps her running back to His wisdom. Her love for education , however, keeps her dream of  theology school alive.  One day.

“…the deepest well she draws from is her time with the Lord.”

Currently she embraces what is before her and writes, speaks, facilitates women’s bible studies, teaches yoga, and home schools her children.  For Claudine, it’s a dream come true to have the freedom, time, and space to teach, write, speak, and work for the Lord.  She and her husband, Shad, live tucked away in the majestic mountains of Colorado with their three children and embrace hiking, skiing, camping and being outside as much as possible in the most beautiful place in the world.

“It’s a dream come true to have the freedom, time, and space to teach, write, speak, and work for the Lord.”
